Wartux started as the trio of Miklos Guttman, Dan Frank & Raz with superb guest artists for the debut EP. Wartux expanded to a quintet with the addition of Joel Resnicow and Brett Otte, taking the music in a new direction They had their debut gigs throughout 2019. The 2020 gigs were halted due to COVID. During the Stay Home, Stay Healthy order, they recruited Darren Nealis & Will Dowd to help record & release their next single. Wartux parted ways with Brett Otte in August 2020. Wartux released it’s sophomore album, “brokin ohm” in April 2021 featuring great friend & songwriter, Warren Shaffer. They recorded Warren’s song, “Matter of Mind.” Also joining the recording of this song is another great friend, Paul Dunn, on drums and bass guitar. Devon Miller kicked in bass for the track “noophore,” & numerous other spectacular guests are featured on the album. And now, their latest lineup features the fabulous Artifex Lux on vocals!
